Assessment Objective 3 - Create a video clip

For this assessment objective you will create your video clip. You will use software such as Microsoft Movie Maker to produce your video. As you produce your video you will need to take regular screen shots as evidence of you using a range of tools. Take a look at the assessment criteria below to find out more.

In order to achieve a pass you need to create a video that is at least 45 seconds long. You should include screen shot evidence of editing video clips, adding transitions and a sound track. You should include evidence of exporting your video in a suitable format e.g. WMV file.

To achieve a merit you need to create a video that is at least 45 seconds long. The video clip must be appropriate. You need to show good use of importing components (video / sound / images), editing clips, transitions, titles, soundtrack and effects. Most elements will work as you intended. You will also include evidence that that you have exported the video in a suitable format.
