Assessment Objective 4 - Test the audio clip

Well done! You are close to completing this unit. The only thing left to do now is test the audio clip. Take a look at the assessment criteria below to find out what you need to do. There is also a template below the assessment criteria that you can use to complete this unit.

In order to achieve a pass you need to test your audio clip using a test table containing at least three tests, covering the main areas of your audio clip, most of which will be appropriate. You will also identify some areas for improvement.

To achieve a merit you need to test your audio clip using a test table containing at least four tests, some of which will be appropriate. You will also identify areas for improvement and action one of them (this will involve you identifying an improvement, then take screen shots before, during and after making the improvement).

To gain a distinction you need to test your audio clip using a test table containing at least five tests, all of which will be appropriate. You will also identify areas for improvement and action most of them (this will involve you identifying improvements, then take screen shots before, during and after making the improvements).

You can download the test table template to support you in completing this assessment objective. Remember to take clear screen shots showing your tests, and improvements (for a merit/distinction).
